This site was created by this person in Canada called Dominque Boies. Personally I think that he did a wonderful job at creating it. How he does it is by asking its readers to write synopses for various Doctor Who stories. I myself have made some contributions (another one being written at the moment, currently on the final draft), and they're on the site at the moment.

Also, the site has its own accompanying forum, hosted by ProBoards.com, and a multitude of entries to it.

So, I suggest that you drop on it and have a look. I did once and I'm now a regular visitor!
