My Sims Hate Me!



I was playing Sim City 4 yesterday like there was no next Wednesday and all of a sudden the Mayor Rating bar dropped. I mean, I gave them schools, hospitals, parks, police stations, fire stations, water, recycling centres, the works! So, why are they showing their dissaproval? Ok it's a simulation but I take it very seriously. From now one, the honest way is NOT the ticket...
